Zuck On It, Bitch

Last night, I was up very late, trying to think of a good Q for today. It just happened that I was listening to another Ben Mezrich audiobook and the idea hit me. I remembered hearing an interview with Aaron Sorken on Creative Screenwriting Magazine and he talked about why he changed the name of Mark Zuckerberg's "ex." The way he spoke about "do no harm" when you're writing about real people sounded interesting to me.

Plus I just wanted to see if I could find it. My google-fu is strong.

While Zuckerberg insists that he's had the same girlfriend since before he created The Facebook, he did write this blog post. The internet is written in ink not pencil and it can never be erased.

Zuckerberg was approached by Mezrich several times, but he chose not participate. In every interview that I've heard, Mezrich always points out that Zuckerberg has every right not to contribute to the story. Zuckerberg won't point out any specific inaccuracies, but he still maintains the story is wrong. Sorken says that he tried to keep Zuckerberg's point of view in the film. In fact, Jesse Eisenberg's first line during the deposition scene is: That's not what happened.

Be careful when researching this Q! There are a lot of shady sites out there that claim they have the answer. It may be a little more difficult to find. There are a lot of fakes. Therefore, I've made this Q a level 3. When the iPhone app is ready, this Q will be worth 3 points.
