Here's another song, by Heywood Banks, that I like.
I can relate. One day, this past summer, I was sitting on the subway, and the couple across from me assumed that I couldn't understand Spanish. Well, my Spanish isn't very good, but I know she said "my dog likes to watch." When my eyebrows involuntarily contorted into a quizzical expression, they stopped talking, in total horror. And, they got off the train at the next stop.
Lewis Black has a comedy routine about the same thing. At a restaurant, he overheard a woman saying, "Well, if it weren't for my horse, I wouldn't have spent that year in college?" What?
And it just stays in your head, all day you're wondering about what it meant. How is it possible? Your imagination runs wild! Your brain can't even think about anything else.
